Joseph Macchia is a full time floral designer and event planner in New York City for 16 years.He is also an award winning cabaret producer. In 2009 he was awarded the Backstage Bistro Award and MAC Award for his benefit series Cabaret Cares which raises funds for Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and Help Is On The Way Today. For over 13 years now Joseph has been involved in the fight against AIDS. In 2006 Joseph decided to found Help Is On The Way Today after meeting a little boy named David who changed his life.He hopes for a cure one day soon and until then we must keep fighting for the children they are our future.

A native New Yorker and blessed performer whose career spans over two decades, Robert is thrilled to be on the Board of Help Is On The Way Today. With Joseph Macchia, he has co-produced several benefit shows for the Broadway cast of The Producers, benefiting Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS. He was also Associate Producer, with fellow performer, Angie Canuel, of the benefit series, Cabaret Cares. Robert looks forward to making a difference in the lives of many children and teens with this organization.

An actress turned singer, Kathy Kaefer has appeard ar The Rainbow with Tom Postillo Orchesta, at Feinstein's at the Regency and Birdland in the hit Off Broadway show Our Sinatra. Kathy's New York acting credits include Three Cornered Moon and Tea and Kathy's solo show, Kiss Me Once: Stories from the Home Front received a Backstage Bistro Award for the best debut of 2006. She received an MFA in acting From American Conservatory Theatre.

Bill Rancitelli has been a Design Consultant and Illustrator for over  30 years,contributing to many design firms including helping  establish Ralph Lauren Purple Label,as well as aiding RL Blue Label,RL accessories and footwear.
Bill has lectured on four continents,giving seminars on  design and  costume history worldwide.He also taught at Parsons School of Design  in Fashion Design for 22 years.His illustrious alumnae include:Marc  Jacobs,Isaac Mizrahi,Narciso Rodriguez,Derek Lam and countless others.
Bill is extremely happy to serve such a worthy cause as Help Is On The  
Way,Today having lost far too many friends(including his life   partner)to HIV/AIDS over the years.

Laura Long has worked in HIV/AIDS prevention in various capacities since 1987.  Her main focus has been in the development of training programs directed at both people with or at risk for HIV/AIDS as well as professionals who work with at risk populations.  She has worked with almost every at risk population in New York City, including gay men, IVDU's, sex workers, and adolescents, holding jobs with The New York City Department of Health, Gay Mens Health Crisis, The Family Center, and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  Her consulting work, again in program development and training, focuses on behavioral science and the psychological issues involved in practicing safer behavior and in taking meds.  Earlier in her career, she was instrumental in creating workplace and corporate training programs with the intention of keeping people with AIDS employed.
Her formal education includes a BA from Kenyon College in biology and an MS in human genetics/counseling from Sarah Lawrence College where she continues to teach in both the human genetics program and the health advocacy program.

Carol Fuoco has spent over 30 years the corporate sector, which includes working in Human Resources.  After a brief hiatus, she  managed the  Warren Tricomi Salon and Spa at Rockerfeller Center. She has donated her time to several different charities and causes. She is thrilled to be on the Board of Help Is On The Way Today and to be working with her nephew Joseph on such an important cause.

A first generation American, Cecilia credits her Hispanic heritage with instilling the strong values that have encouraged her as a mother and grandmother and attributes her success to the continued support of her family, friends and her rich culture. These propel her forward with pride and spirit in her career in banking and in her own entrepreneurial endeavor. Over the years, Cecilia has served as a mentor and role model to many.
With 22 years of banking experience and 7 years of marketing experience Cecilia has an eclectic skill set.  Cecilia began her banking career as a Teller and through the years she has accepted increasing challenges and responsibilities and is currently an Assistant Vice President, Store Manager for TD Bank (formerly Commerce Bank) “Americas Most Convenient Bank”, serving Ridgewood New York.  TD Bank, Cecilia feels “is truly a people’s bank not only for the conveniences and products offered, but because of the reputation for “excellent customer service”.  TD Bank has been the recipient of J.D.Powers and Associates “Highest in Customer Satisfaction in Small Business Banking” for four consecutive years.
Cecilia had left banking for 7 years and explored new challenges in the Marketing field, as a Project Manager/Team Lead for the Walter Karl Companies and Fala Direct Marketing.
Cecilia is also the owner of Patches of Art, a result of her lifelong dream of owning a business fueled by her creativity and artistic talent.  Patches of Art is a decorative painting firm specializing in Faux/Fantasy techniques, wall texturing and Murals.  Patches of Art allows Cecilia to express and develop her creative visions and talents while providing clients with environments that suit their unique needs.
Cecilia attended the Parsons School of Design, and graduated from Adelphi University with dual majors in Management Communications and HR management and has a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems.  Her company, Patches of Art has been featured in Long Island Woman, Long Island Business News, New Yorker, Newsday and Latin Long Island magazines. 
She is a board member, advisor and member of several business and community organizations dedicated to the advancement, and mentoring of minority and women owned businesses, scholastic recognition, and community outreach.
